The Software Engineer develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. You will determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design and build cutting-edge Seismic applications that will delight our customers
- Work on Innovation to Cutting edge conversational intelligence and audio-video processing, while working with cutting edge technologies.
- Write great code that is easy to extend and maintain that scales well
- Develop, test, document and support RESTFul apis.
- Write scripts to extract, clean and analyze large data sets (+1TB)
- Participate in the technical design, development, testing and integration of cross functional, multi-tiered platforms focused on sales enablement through use of NLP, ML and AI.
- Contribute to the system integration testing (SIT) and provide help with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry and use this knowledge to drive innovation.
What you bring :
- Bachelors / Masters/ PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a focus on AI/ML
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle process and corresponding tools: source code control (git), defect tracking (jira), estimation and planning, build, test automation, CI/CD, etc.
- Experience with:
- Python and its data science stack (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spacy.io, gensim)
- Familiarity with NLP methods, both classic (tf-idf, topic modeling) & modern (transformers, embeddings…)
- Some understanding of large sql and no-sql databases such as MySql/Mongo.
- Knowledge of GraphDB/ Vector DB
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts
