Seismic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of our Learning product strategy. As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of Seismic’s Learning product, driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
*East Coast and Central Coast located is strongly preferred
What you will do:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for Seismic’s Learning Product, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.
- Customer Insights: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through market research, customer interviews, and data analysis, and use these insights to inform product decisions.
- Product Development and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the Learning Product, iterating and optimizing based on insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, customers, and partners.
What you bring to the team:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products, preferably in the learning or education technology space.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a relentless focus on delivering value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
