As a Brand Project Manager at Seismic, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of brand initiatives. You will work closely with the growth, product, customer, and brand & events marketing teams to ensure our brand remains consistent, compelling, and aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll also work with stakeholders outside of the marketing teams, agencies, and external resources on ad hoc projects and brand management. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional project management and collaboration skills and a passion for brand development. 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of brand projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns. 
  • Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. 
  • Track and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support brand initiatives. 
  • Own workstreams on special projects to ensure brand consistency across events and brand activations. 

What you bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a brand or marketing role. 
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and practices. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, Monday.com is preferred.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
  • Self-starter, ready to take on new projects and initiatives and improve processes. 
  • Experience project managing a brand team in SaaS preferred
